Children are particularly affected by wars, conflicts or disasters such as the current explosion in Beirut, Lebanon.
“We are shocked and devastated. We know that in a disaster like this children can be hurt, shocked and separated from their parents. They need to have access to medical care now,” says Jad Sakr, Country Director of Save the Children in Lebanon.
